I did some DD (imagine that) on this topic. IMO, 141 Futures is still up and running. If you look at the NFA records, Errol Stone was approved, this month, as the principal for 141 Futures and 141 Capital. 141 Futures' web domain is valid through 2010 (if I remember correctly). In my opinion, I believe 141 Futures will (continue to?) be used for R&D purposes.
