Song..this was a dividend..not officially a split. We are awaiting the authorized share total to see how many shares were issued. We know the 120M to SPZI is restricted, we don't know for how long, I think it's usually 6-18months but it can be anything, I suspect. We are also hoping that SPZI's
120M equals about 40% of the total issued shares. More to come when the price per share has been established. Kind of exciting, isn't it?
