I'm not sure what you want me to explain. There's always two sides to a pancake. Bocx's spin on not divulging the the terms of the license is they do not want the competition to know what's in their license. The other side is they did not want stockholders and potential investers to know. They made the most of the license pr wise. Now all of a sudden they divulge the license, Why? I want to know why and not just some speculation. Had I known the terms I would have gotten out and stayed out until something positive happened.
