I brought this up to them in the last few weeks and they said its most definitely a possibility they were looking at.

Real certs sent to the transfer agent by all brokerages at the request of the company. IF this happens there will be some major problems when it comes to matching brokerages shares and DTC shares.
Shorts do not want this to happen with regards to EFGO as they will be in big trouble
