Ask ThereandBackAgain, as he is soooooo informed, that he should be able to tell you EVERYTHING. And, while he's at it, he can tell us EXACTLY where Battis' PUBLICLY POSTED FACTS ABOUT ICE'S COMPENSATION EXIST. He says that Battis has provided the public facts, but I can't seem to find a PR anywhere containing those FACTS. Hmmmmmm...
