Well, the difference here is the other Baron companies are at the same location as PRSU's. Furthermore, that guy in the press release, well he's associated with them. Believe me, I was the person who found the Canadian Prime Restaurants and made sure there was no affiliation and I don't fall for the similar name game.
That's not to say PRSU has a billion dollar conglomerate, but Baron definitely has a diverse line of businesses and if they are moving some of them into PRSU, it makes for an interesting stock.
