I will post a list of businesses they have tomorrow. I don't think Prime bought the other businesses, so I'm not saying PRSU owns them. They appear to just have the beverage business now.
But what I'm saying is the Baron group of companies is a conglomerate of businesses and it's definitely something that's good to be associated with. I would guess that if the acquisition goes well, there may be others coming.
I think they are planning to build restaurants entirely out of glasses and beer kegs, which is all fine and dandy. I just don't know how they plan on acquiring the property, maybe more share dumping.
