Looks like some nice give and take here, all in the spirit of good humor and brotherhood... LOL!

If the 12 million deal is real, over 5 years, that is 2.4 Million/year, divided by 2 billion (for giggles) and using a reasonable P/E of 25...

That gets this to .03/share if the other business covers all expense.

Does not sound too bad... what am I missing?

And that is just one deal, right?

Do I need more wine here?
