I'm not sure where the .025 comes from. But, the first time I heard any rumbles of ICE getting compensated in shares by LNGT, was about 1 month prior to the 12/06 date. That would put the price in the .08 range and the initial compensation value at $360,000.

Of course, if this turns into a 10X -er, that turns into $3.6 million.

It would be nice to ask Mr. Battis the date of the contract.

aren't 144 requirements 1% of OS or 1% of the average 4 week volume assuming all waiting period has expired...therefore isn't it important to know the exact details of this transaction?

I know, I saw it before. I just think that it is way to much to pay this guy. Maybe I just wanted to believe that it was a typo. So roughly this guy got paid 360,000, if he were to cash it in at 8 cents, for doing what? If I just paid someone that kind of money, they better damn well show me some progress.
