When he was originally compensated the stock was in the 02 range.

Those 4.5 million shares were worth about 90 grand.

The shares are in lockup and cannot be touched. I'd say it's in ice;s best interest to help as he can.

Ultimately it's the company that will drive the stock up or down.

Okay, it has not been ESTABLISHED that M stands for thousands. THat is what some poster said his company uses to indicate thousands. There would be no need for 144's if that were the case. It is 4.5 MILLION people...THAT's what the man got paid. Geesh.
