Only down a nickel because there is no interest in the stock or the company. Have you checked the anemic volume?
There is much arguing against an investment here.
On the pro side is all this talk about a China play - well, big deal!
On the con side we have an 80% insider overhang, which means significant dilution for the remainder of the shareholders; no public company operating history for the management team, and an environment of declining margins as stated by the CEO. It is just unbelievable that a company can be so poorly managed that a project can go almost $2 million over budget! Didn't they see it coming? If yes, why didn't SOMEONE put the brakes on? If no, what does that say about their (lack of) oversight and business acumen?
I would rather miss some of the upside on a run-up then face the losses.
