So, maybe it's his father, because there is reference to Carlsbad in that ReedSmith sidebar publication. I think, but not sure....it's his father. Simple deductive reasoning. You could contact the dude, and ask him if he has a son working with Baum. The telephone to the dude is listed in the california bas association registry. That is, if you have time on your hands.
