Investors want to see money in the bank and so far there is only more PR fluff.

The run you see is from dilution and end of the year tax losses. Stock just doesn't trade on higher volume on a regular day.

IMO the company has been blowing out "good news" PR to drive the PPS up so they can dilute more shares but the PR's have done nothing to stimulate investor activity and demand that would raise the PPS.

Face it this company is garbage until they can show investors that they are banking revenue instead of spending it like they are currently doing.

Looks to me like management is getting desperate......
