The 10Q for March clearly shows the OS was 1 billion shares as early as March 2007

Oh my. Somehow I missed that. Now I really have no idea what's going on. I suppose the logical conclusion is that BCIT still hasn't done everything that DTCC wants. And I have no idea what that might be.
