with 400M shares out on DVFI, their market cap is mere 250K. A slap in the face from the investing community. Even if 1.6B shares were out, it still would be valued at 1M. I think this stock is undervalued but essentially worthless until management gets the structure, audits, revenue, guidance complete. If this can ever be accomplsihed, an uplisting would have DVFI right back at .015 - .02 quickly.
