To me, that language says they sell part of Avid, say maybe 80% in deals similar to what EXEL has done with some of their other businesses. If PPHM sells say 80% of Avid, they could probably bring in between $10 and $20M while still having a 20% ownership which would make sure their own drugs get made in a timely fashion. To me, that would be the smartest and best option at this point.
