Both CEO's have worked together on the NYPD,both have different agendas for their companies.VYON is not selling the same software as BLLZ..Tom Welsh has said in his conference call to the shareholders his intention is to build the company and then sell it.
John Bay has devoted much of the last few years working on this platform and has no intention of selling the company.Hope thst answers your question.
