Notuncoolish, Avid is on track to deliver about $7 million in sales on an annualized basis. That value could increase or decrease with Halozyme orders depending on the success of their product. What sort of price to sales ratio would apply to Avid, considering that annualized sales are trending up, being double that of a year ago?

Does PPHM need Avid to produce Bavi and Cotara to meet their own needs? Could a deal for Avid provide for assured contract manufacturing for PPHM without significantly reducing a sale price?

I am not sure if PPHM needs to sell Avid to bring in cash. If rights to a property (other than Bavi) could be sold, that might suffice. Consider that Avid should have the ability to increase their sales perhaps five to ten fold over current levels without significant new capital investment.

Best wishes and IMO.

Notun, sell Avid? What would be the reasoning behind that? Then we would have to pay the going rate for any mab manufacturing. A lose, lose situation IMO.
