Actually I also think so. All PNMS investors read IHUB. Not a surprise since all the 'news' comms from emails to shareholders or posts on some blog.
So I don't think there are more than 5 to 10 PDR holders.
But you guys are lucky: you can buy the remaining float and convert them all to PDRs ... once you get your money of the exchange! LOL.
