At current average trading volume, it would take 9 days to cover short postition according to short ratio. That is for recorded short position not including NSS, as FRPT has been on reg. sho list for 200 + days there is most likely an addition position nss. Bottom line, what happens when contract comes through next week? Will the negative talk regarding the furture past 2009 still be an issue? Or was that all just BS. Does anyone think they would open an entire new production facility for the Cheetah if they didn't know they had buyers?
