I suspect WRNW wants this to go to jury. If it does, there will be at least four more resets pushing a trial to Early to late October 08. They don’t seem to be too concerned about Jerry. Without knowing the details of what really happened between WRNW and Performance, I suspect there is a reason for WNRW complacency in this matter, as they didn’t behave this way with the other cases. It will be interesting to see how this plays out no doubt.
