if they close mako before the EOY this allows them to include some of its revenues in their Q4 filing. maybe not a lot at this point, but even a week of that revenue steam would be a nice shot in the arm. i also think they'll have an audit done and these numbers could then be included in the 10-K.
if they are planning to uplist down the road i would think it's also going to be helpful to get mako in the mix during 2007. jmho.
