Well, that's what the guy who's post I was responding to seems to think.

It has been said.....and I believe it will be a threat to the US OTC and Pink sheet markets. They are over run with thieves and manipulators. This in the end will be good for companies and investors......and bad for thieves.
This situation will have no affect on the greater US financial system.
