** You're absolutely correct.

I was looking at this whole play in retrospect (not pleasant because it makes me feel like a complete moron).

There was a 5 week PR cycle in April-June during which about 10 PRs were released. New symbol, new website, NASDAQ uplisting, revenues, big plans, big appointments to the board. The usual pinky BS. And of course, just before the PR cycle, "rumors" of merger, helped start the push upwards, from people who promptly disappeared once the PR cycle was done.
The stock ran $0.25 to $3.25 back to $0.25 then to $1.00 by July. Then the PRs stopped, and CMTN went $1.00 to $0.01.

The CMTN scammers meanwhile, diluted SPNI from 250 to 500 million before the split, and have diluted CMTN from 1.25 mil to 5-10 mil since the split. They couldn't care less about the share price...its like a freaking ATM for them, except that lately the ATM has gone dry.

Here's the interesting question. What now? Tax loss sell and move on is the clear answer. But these guys are not finished trying to make $$.

Is it worthwhile to throw any money at this at 0.01, as a new trade, and wait to catch another PR cycle for a bounce to .10, .20, .50?
Would the company love to dump more shares at 0.50? Of course.
And they know they'll need a very solid PR cycle with lots of "developments" to do it. The float is under 10 min, so another R/S makes no sense. These scammers know January is the best month, and they have not released any good PRs since July 2007.
I'm sure they knew, that as soon as the last PR cycle was done in June (they had no more "news" to pump with), that it would take at least 6 months, before they get enough material to make another big pump.

I cannot imagine, that they wouldn't throw everything they have at this in Jan or Feb, to get another spike in price (so they can then dilute for the rest of 2008).
So i'll still watch this sucker, for an opportunity to get my money back with interest..lol

The problem is , where is the revenue going. Into the company creating more chance to grow, therefore getting the name out creating more people willing to by stock. Or into there pockets not giving a chit what happens in the future as long as they look pretty driving in there new car. IMO
