1% is 1% until they start printing more paper. Then 1% will become .5%, then .1% and so on until they reverse what the reverse did for minimizing the outstanding shares.

Anyone who continues to throw good money after this POS is just plain silly. Just hold on to what you have and pray, or get rid of it in time for tax season.
