I can see where some target dates were not met, however, if this was a pump and dump, these guys would not have any real deals signed especially with a government. I saw a past post someone talked to thier guys about itrendsoft , delay due to user friendly problems, not program. In fact if you look at this company if they were a P&D there would be far more shares out and the stock would be artifically inflated, not .0000 land. I think they are just stuck in the pinks for now , this is a keeper.
