Sandy claims to have not had enough time to treat the BKMP shareholders as they should be treated. He also wanted to maintain a more important position with TFN as he is a TFN employee. The pressure coming from BKMPer's had gotten out of control and he simply wanted to distance himself.


Now, Don has stated, there is more to the story. I think someone got control of a lot of shares and forced Sandy's hand to leave. They wanted a piece of the pie. I also believe someone wanted the $3.6 million tax asset that is on BKMP's books and worked out a deal with Sandy to obtain it.

That better? All speculative as there is no proof.
