Cebella says that there is "no rig" He's sharp to say there IS no rig. Remember Bill Clinton and Monica: "Is means Is." Of course. The rig was released a long time ago. But if he is implying that there was never a rig, even if it happens to be gone now, I think he should be banned from this board and reported to the SEC for investigation.
