Actually they are far from late since this is an annual they can report up until dec 31rst and not be late. Hope this helps.

They have until the end of the month to report Q4. So it's not late. It's just later than last year. In my experience, a company will try to announce good results early...and really put a rush on blockbuster numbers.

They would only preannounce on Q4 since they have 90 days. Q1 through Q3 is 45 days. Like I said, two years ago they preannounced a big Q4.

I'm still hoping for a strong report on Monday. Although it may take a .18-.20 quarter in this tough market to crack $7. Still can't believe CSPI closed down Monday after gapping up 20% on a .49 quarter.
