Very true, with these kinds of stocks there are endless different ways to pump and dump, new schemes are created every day.
Most of the time, the SEC does absolutely nothing, and really why should they?
They constantly warn people not to invest in risky stocks. Yet people do so anyway, then expect the SEC to bail them out when they get burned, LOL.
If you invest in Pinksheet stocks or even OTCBB, you are gambling, plain and simple. Only put in money that you can afford to lose, and never bet the farm.
That is just the reality of this game. If you can't take it, simply don't play.
