Thanks for the kudos, I already did mail the Minister of Environment a similar e-mail, I don't know who to follow up with?

I've dealth with the government of Ontario before, on another matter, that time going through my MPP. It was handled nicely, no need to follow up, my MPP CC:ed my email to the Minister of Transporation, and things went well with the problem I was having.
