Yes , Cargo , it " should be criminal " , but by the SEC's own acknowledgement they minimally scrutinize / supervise the OTCBB System and they absolutely DO NOT scrutinize / supervise
the OTC System .....or the Market Makers / Brokers who can essentially do whatever they please .
Still , as C.S. continues to demonstrate incontrovertible proof to everything they do the MM's should soon be compelled or at least embarrassed to allow a FAIR market cap for COPI stock .
As TisTheSeason aptly says , there are many dozens of hollow shell companies , even scams , that have higher market caps than COPI . That's what mega billion outstanding shares allows ....unbelievable but true .
COPI's and our day will come .
