It's the tale of the form 4's - CEO buying at .22/selling at .31 will generate a lot of uncertainty amongst investors in that .30-.31 range. Not everyone will take the time to try and understand that there is much more to this buying and selling by the CEO than meets the eye. It's not surprising that some might sell at a price around where they see the CEO selling and ask questions later. Foolish? Yes! But the form 4's are out there for all to see.
