Mark Smith, Michael Anthony, Joseph Meuse all use the same methods.
You go to the court and say this shell has been abandoned, I want to reactivate it and bring it back to life. The court appoints you as guardian for the shell.
On what you posted from Delaware, the original shell holder sued to get his shell back that's all.
Happens all the time, same exact thing happened to ZIPL.
That's how he got APAD shell, by going to the courts, reactivating it and putting money in to clean it up. He's had the APAD shell for almost two years so I'm not worried about the old APAD shell owners showing up now.
