Naked shorting is a problem in ALL markets, but no where more so than pink sheet stocks. Astute of you to call it dilution, because it does have that effect. However, I would judge the NSing rather minor here as compared to most, which is a key reason I have stayed with ISBL. It seems that in the face of legitimacy ( the company ) the NSSers are staying away for the most part. I think it was Mark Cuban who said it best: "Naked Shorts don't kill good companies, good companies kill naked shorts." - Let us hope that is the case here. ;)
