I dumped out of here earlier... HDSN/VFIN are diluting way too many shares for my liking.

Companies USUALLY dilute into runs with high volume, but they let it run...they don't cap it. On the other hand, naked shorters cap runs by selling more NS shares. They can't allow pps to rise....it costs them too much. Not saying your wrong, just there is another possibility which is often overlooked.
