Learn to cut bait matey " The os hasn't increased because the ceo was trying to appear legit, now that thats been blown up I look for an increase. And soon. I think he's a crook, I never said he was stupid. JMHO lol

Putting all your hopes on no increase in the OS is a pretty thin reed. Yes, usually an increase in the OS is evidence of a scam. But, false and misleading PR's are always part of a scam. Let's look at a few PR's

August 13, 2007: ABV Gold, Inc. Announces the Acquisition of 132 Million Shares of Common Stock
"ABV Gold Inc. announced that it has acquired 132 million shares of common stock...
"This purchase was completed in a combination of open market and private transactions," reported Mr. Ryan.

Anybody heard anything else about a producing gold mine in Nevada? and who is Murdaugh and Jones? I found NOTHING on the internet

Daniel Ryan, President of ABV Gold, Inc. stated in the press release, “The paperwork at the transfer agency has been finalized. This allows us to initiate the retirement of the 132 million common shares announced in our August 14th, 2007 press release. We were unable to complete the retirement transaction until the T/A paperwork was completed. Now that we are done we will be speaking to counsel tomorrow to move this share retirement forward.

Thats enough for now. When you balance all the false and misleading statements put out by Dan Ryan, I think it heavily out weighs no increase in the OS. By the way, my theory is Dan or someone working in conjunction with him was the "Doms" seller. I've said all along that I thought he had more shares than he was admitting to. It's an unproveable theory, but it matches the lies and deceptions in the PR's better than hoping he is uninvolved with the selling.
