REGISTERED shares yes you are correct > The company FAILED to answer SEC questions and had no choice but to withdraw rhe registration statement. The shares are SOLD UNREGISTERED / Have been SOLD UNREGISTERED for a LONG time now. Please BE CLEAR on this....
