My guess is that the float remaining is approx. 7 million shares left out of 23.7 million shares in the float (one recent posters numbers on the float). 7 million shares left for a stock/company that is the size of scra and this stock can move up very fast before you know it. Also keep in mind there are a lot of market makers making a market in this stock and those 7 million shares remaining are very few spread among them.
By the way, I come up with my numbers given what i see institutionals hold by my etrade account as well as adding the shares bought up last week by other institutionals ---minus all those shares from the float and approx 1 million shares the shares owned by retail owners and you come up with approx 7 million shares.
I don't know if we will know a lot from thursdays meeting....but as I say, we should see something in the coming days/weeks/months ahead that take us much higher.
