I read it as Nucon's plan to use NuCap in Russia. It sounds like Nucon needs to reproduce NuCap specifically for their application in Russia since it is "unique and specialized". They haven't ordered commercial quantities yet for their project because of this. Global Matrechs is assisting Nucon with this.

I have some problems with that PR NNRI put out
besides that I do not know why those in NNRI
do not buy as many GBMR shares as they can

GBMR runs the game board NOT NNRI

Personally I dfo not think NNRI should have such a broad license geographically and the exclusivity they have.

GBNR should find other players that as better at being businessmen
