Holein, of course I have no proof that GBDX isn't conducting business. I also have no proof that unicorns don't exist.

The fact that there is no evidence whatsoever that GBDX conducts any business is highly unusual, even in pinkie scam land. Their raising the A/S every couple of months is at least proof there is a wizard behind the curtain, no pun intended.
