That piece of the scenario has long been one of my theories about this P&D. Can you imagine how much money there was to be made by the scammers when they pumped the pps up to .20, then had the opportunity to short it there, KNOWING it would crash, and ride it down to where it is now? An ENORMOUS amount of money to supplement the $7-$12 million they reaped from the initial manipulated trading of unregistered shares through the nominee accounts at much more modest levels.
