SEC forms were filed, NLionGuy.

They were called complaints. The first one was in May of last year. No response has been received yet.

The Company failed to include verifiable information that we provided about our holdings in its Proxy.

WHB has contacted over 50 securities law-firms about this situation. Only a few replied. None had the right stuff.

I am definitely the beneficial owner with voting control of my stock. However, no one in my family voted this time.

We are not adverse to appropriate SEC-filings like a 13d disclosing our holdings at the government's website after the AMJC situation has become "normal".

Why won't you tell us how many shares you now hold?
