Oh I think you are most definitely so correct in my opinion. Why else would we see a private placement with the Grahams, then the YA Global deal in ADVANCE?

We see stock for stock deals all the time around this pps range and they typically are one or two day runs depending on what side of the trade you happen to be on. TS has already put up some of the cash flow/future earnings of Wisebuys/Hacketts/SWV fund to procure the cash ahead of time. Great move I think because it's obvious Tom thinks the deal has substance instead of fluff.
