Sorry I don't want to rain on anyone's parade but I certainly hope that nobody gets excited now because somebody made a trade at 10 dollars in this stock PRE IPO (99% it was a market maker). This stock is not trading right now as it will trade when the ipo is coming. Is that so difficult to understand for some? This trading IS NOT indicative of any future trading once there is a company brought into the shell.

You guys still think that this will trade at 70 million in market cap once the first day is over? Yeah ok. I see. On what valuation measures again?

What I also don't get is that everybody thinks a market cap of 10 times the revenues is "a rule of thumb" or anything alike. Don't know who is telling you these kind of things. You will hardly find any company out there which is trading on 10 times sales and if you find any it will be a company with
unbelievable huge margins and a very constant solide track record over years with very good growth in general for years.

You have to be GOOG or alike to achieve that valuation models. I guess XXIS has a couple of years to grow like GOOG and to show that they can make a cent on the bottom line before you will see that kind of valuation, don't you think?

But whatever, you will all see it soon enough. Exactly as you all saw that an EXPO isn't the share price motivator you guys were hoping for. I also forecasted this and now it's the same.

That said let's hope for 5 million in market cap. That alone would be more then we can hope for. They start with 3 million dollars in working capital and trading capital combined....LOL

This shouldn't be bashing, this is just a reality check ok? We will be fine if SWARM and 141 can deliver on anything they promised within the next 18 months or so.

EDIT: AAPL has a sales/market cap ratio of 7!! But for sure XXIS will do 10 at it's IPO. LOL

seems very reasonable, imo. perhaps even a little conservative... one guy on the spzi board (who brought the fs to our attention) said he's looking to get in at these prices... I wonder how he is assessing value.

it will be interesting to see how 141 PRs itself in terms of revenue projections, etc, and how that subsequently affects people's valuation of spzi. For instance, if 141 expects to double its earnings each year, how would that expected growth play into the current spzi share price etc?

Time will tell I guess:D Looking forward to it for sure.
