Yea, the problem is when these CEO start throwing around outlandish numbers it scares people off nowadays. Too many have been burned on these pinks and OTCBB's in the past and just aren't buying the snake oil anymore. I still think he is running a legitimate business - but you can't say you're 'getting' 20 million in financing.
You have to PR you 'received' 20 million and then show the proof. If he can do that this will go to a $1. Until then guilty until proven innocent.
