You are correct a motion has been brought for attorneys fees not a counter suit.

I had no intent to inflame any shareholders, just distinguishing the groups.

One more correction:

Quite the contrary... without their efforts and expense, it is likely BCIT would have won the lawsuit, and shareholders would have been stripped of their shares.
