Just talked with David, who has authorized me to respond to you and ALL shareholders who may have the same question.....

Mr Sibbett is the majority owner of QuestPay. It was his decision to bring QuestPay into the NSHV company as a revenue source. He took NO shares, nor is receiving any monies, for bringing QuestPay into the fold. He simply wanted to add another revenue source for the company, and increase shareholder value! WOW! No dilution, and another revenue opportunity........
