King - I do believe this stock will be around $200 in 2 -3 years. Iceman is always off on his timing. But the selling of his Form 144 stock I believe was deliberately put in place in order to help drive the price down. I think it is very possible that he has been in contact with some powerful investors, or their representatives, and that he has been incented to help drive the price down in order to get them in as low as possible.
I seriouusly doubt the company has any knowledge of exactly what or why he is doing this. But think about it. This guy has made his career on "moving" markets. He knows when and how to throw up smoke screens, when to talk, what to say, etc, to get the retail investor to respond. He got paid a lot of stock by a 3rd party (not the company) to do exactly that.
And now that there is another 3rd party probably coming to the table and he keeps talking about billionaire investors, etc, I can see his hand in moving the price down in order to force the company to negotiate entry at a lower price point.
