Believe me Rin,I would love to be completely wrong on this issue but events this year seem to indicate otherwise, not least JA's continual reluctance to at least update shareholders by legal routes.
You touched on MSRM as a holding company......I've tried on a number of occasions to ascertain if ALL current MSRM shareholders will gain bonuses as a result of this holding or are they (bonuses)only for those shareholders who have held eg for two years.I can never get any answer either to this or any number of questions!
If you were to refer to the last financial report the company(s) do not have a great deal of spare capital and have no visible revenue coming in(until Hawk 10 is proved and being sold).This,to me, means they cannot risk everyone pulling out and causing an obvious problem:or am I missing something simple?
As I mentioned in a previous post maybe its just that the lawyers have found some serious issues which have to be sorted before filings are proceeded with. IF THIS IS THE CASE WHY ON EARTH CAN'T THIS COMPANY JUST TELL US?
